- Location: Approximately halfway between Rowland Flat and Tanunda
- Road access: Via Krondorf Road, Nitschke Road and Koch Road — follow event signage to the car park
- Road closure: Koch Road will be closed to access from Barossa Valley Way on the day
- Arriving by air: Follow the instructions on the Pilots’ Information page
- Security: Bag searches will be conducted at the entrance in accordance with Police recommendations
